Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States only.

Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times: Our products ship from partner warehouses, so delivery time depends on where an item is stocked. The estimate for each item appears on its product page.

• Ships from a U.S. warehouse: about 3–7 business days.
• Ships from an international partner warehouse: about 7–20 business days.

Estimates start when your order ships, not when you place it. Carrier delays can occur, especially in busy seasons.

Multiple items: Items in one order may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number.

Address changes: Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.

Problems with delivery: If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email us at info@ccsupplygroup.com and we'll investigate and make it right.
